Sales & Marketing Client Account Manager (Commission-Based)
About the Role
Digital Med Spa is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in med spas, aesthetics, functional medicine, and holistic wellness centers. We’re expanding our team and seeking a Sales & Marketing Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between prospects, clients, and our agency.
In this pivotal role, you’ll prospect and bring in new clients, nurture strong client relationships, coordinate project tasks, perform light marketing or tech updates, and help drive client growth across all digital channels. This role is commission-based with the potential to grow into a salary + commission employee position based on performance.
As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy autonomy over your schedule and unlimited earning potential. The more clients you bring on and support, the more you earn.

SALES & MARKETING CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales

Prospect and acquire new clients for the agency.

Conduct discovery calls, present service recommendations, and close new business.

Suggest and secure upsell opportunities to enhance client success.
Client Account Management
-
Serve as the ongoing relationship lead for assigned clients.

Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and clear communication.

Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and contract status in the CRM.
Project Coordination & Light Production Tasks
Note: This role includes basic hands-on marketing and project support tasks. If you’re not experienced, a willingness to learn is required.

Add Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other tracking codes to website backends.

Create Google Business Profile posts and assist with simple content needs.

Write occasional blog posts or coordinate content creation.

Help move projects forward by ensuring tasks are completed and stakeholders stay aligned.
Performance Reporting & Strategy

Review analytics and campaign reports to assess client performance.

Identify opportunities for improvement across SEO, Google Ads, social media, and other channels.

Suggest data-driven next steps to accelerate client growth across all services they are enrolled in.
General Expectations

Meet goals and KPIs related to acquisition, retention, and account performance.

Work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities.

Maintain excellent communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in prospecting and sales.

1+ years of digital marketing and account management.

Background in the spa, aesthetic, or wellness industry is a plus (e.g., aesthetician, spa manager, injector, or similar).

Comfortable using or able to learn: Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, CRM tools, and basic website editors.

Basic experience with website updates, content creation, or willingness to learn quickly.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends or interest in staying up-to-date.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience owning or managing a med spa or wellness business.

Previous background in performance reporting or growth strategy.
Compensation

Commission-only with a competitive, tiered structure and bonuses for retention and upsells.
