  • The original website went to the client's website with her name as the URL.

  • The main website navigation included social media links that took you off the website.

  • The links in the main navigation refresh the current window with the new website with no way to return, losing engagement and conversions.

  • Contact information is only found in the footer of the website causing increased abandonment rates.

  • Social links are in the main navigation and confusing and not standard best practices.

  • The button on the homepage hero image falls below the fold.
